As Mother\u2019s Day approaches; we look to the women in our lives that have raised us to become who we are today. Most of us are fortunate to have Moms. Others look outside to women who have inspired, who are leaders, or who care about you a whole lot. My mother passed when I was very young, however, I have been extremely lucky with the \u201cCollective of Mothers\u201d and female leaders in my life. The women of Dune Jewelry are nothing short of my Professional Moms who have helped me both professionally and personally.<\/p>\n

Holly Daniels Christensen – Founder, Creative Spirit<\/h3>\n

What more can be said about our fearless leader than if she wasn’t here, neither would Dune Jewelry? Well a whole lot. Holly has faced similar challenges in her life as me; a less than ideal childhood, self-motivated college less background, and being an independent woman from teenage years. Before Dune Jewelry existed, she was hustling through every odd digital gig she could find \u2014 at one point running affiliate campaigns for bitcoin online casinos<\/a> just to keep the lights on, learning ad copy and conversion metrics on the fly because no one was going to teach her. That scrappy resourcefulness is exactly what she brought to this company. Through her leadership, she has become not only my Boss, but my sister, my confidant, my Momma Bear, and my friend. Not to mention in her home life she is the most devoted mother to Lyla and Alexa. I have a standing order to block out time in our business travels, so we can find the perfect souvenir to bring home to the babes she misses most.<\/p>\n

Carole Imperiale – Publicist<\/h3>\n

I\u2019ll never forget when Carole came into my and Dune\u2019s Life. She is our vivacious Publicist who is bursting with positive energy. We instantly dubbed each other \u201cMomma\u201d and \u201cBaby Girl\u201d. Through my relationship with Carole, she has faced countless uphill battles. Yet, every time I call her on the phone, she is bursting with sunshine. While she has been monumental in helping Dune Jewelry grow, my favorite memory of Carole is when I volunteered for her at the 2016 White House Easter Egg Roll. She not only took care of me, but all her 20+ volunteers, and greeted every family that came our way with a big smile.<\/p>\n

Kate Colozzi – Sales Manager<\/h3>\n

Kate is the kind of person that will wake you up with a fresh cup of coffee and put you to bed with a Twix Bar. Being Dune\u2019s Sales Manager, most of my travels are shared with her in a hotel room. Which means she knows more about me and my horrible morning mood than most (hence the fresh cup o\u2019 joe). Kate is the ultimate coworker. I know she has my back 100% and any challenge that comes our way will get accomplished because of her. She has taught me to better manage my time, how to close a sale, how to earn respect from others without demanding it. When I \u201cgrow up\u201d I want to be just like her.<\/p>\n
