Bayshore Clothing is located in Marathon, FL in The Florida Keys.\u00a0 It is a family owned and operated “Island Lifestyle” store which opened in 1988 on the shore of the Florida Bay at the Quay Shopping Village and was operated there for 17 years.\u00a0 It began as a small shop just a few feet from the water (that’s where the name Bayshore Clothing came from) selling mainly women’s swimwear, t-shirts & sandals.\u00a0 It grew into a larger store in that location selling many of the men’s, women’s and kids clothing as well as jewelry and gifts that they still carry today.\u00a0 In 2005 many things in the mid-Keys were changed by Hurricane Wilma, including the loss of the Quay. Fortunately, they were able to reinvent themselves at their current location in the Southwind building across from the Marathon Airport. Starting over with a single unit of around 800 square feet, they gradually expanded to their current 3 unit layout and back to their larger size.<\/div>\n

Bayshore Clothing started carrying Dune Jewelry in 2016.\u00a0 They originally carried some of the smaller pieces handmade with sand from Sombrero Beach and Key Colony Beach.\u00a0 In 2017, they introduced a Dune Jewelry Display Case and quickly became one of our hottest success stories!\u00a0 Their sales jumped and they were catapulted into the top tier of Dune retailers in less than a year with one of the largest increases in sales we have ever seen in a store!!\u00a0 With that success has come the addition of other elements like Conch Shell and Lobster Shell along with the ever popular Turquoise and\u00a0 even some Bahia Honda sand pieces.\u00a0 They also carry a huge selection in all price points to satisfy every customer.<\/div>\n

\u201cOur best sellers are definitely the gradient pieces that include sand and turquoise. The waves specifically, but all those type of pieces sell well! We\u2019ve noticed that having a large selection of the best dune necklaces, rings, earrings and bangles, has been the best for us! Our customers love the idea of taking more than just a memory of vacation home with them. For the one’s who live here, they love having a piece of their favorite part of home in a piece of jewelry. The phrase Dune uses \u201clive for the moment\u2026then take it with you\u201d is perfect. I say that all the time to people and they love that!! “<\/div>\n
