This is going to be the type of summer where anything goes!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Layering necklaces has always been a style staple but recently I\u2019ve gotten very inspired by the neck mess. Whether it\u2019s 4 or 10 <\/span>layered <\/span>necklaces, there\u2019s a way to make it work and make it great. It\u2019s even better when each necklace tells a story or holds meaning which makes Dune Jewelry the perfect partner to attain your <\/span>layered necklace <\/span>goals.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

How To Layer Necklaces Step by Step<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

Here are my tips for the ultimate layered necklace look:\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Controlled chaos:<\/strong> you need an anchor for the <\/span>layered necklace <\/span>look so choose a larger pendant or a multi-charm necklace to start you off. Chunky or heavier on the bottom is always the right move.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Play with shapes.<\/strong> It\u2019s never as fun to look at if it\u2019s all round, or oval or square. Make sure to play with pendant or charm shapes throughout <\/span>your layered necklace <\/span>look.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Make it messy!\u00a0<\/strong> Your <\/span>necklace<\/a> <\/span>layers shouldn\u2019t be perfect. While 3 layered necklaces can look nice, it just doesn\u2019t carry the confidence that a 4 or 5 or 6 necklace layer carries. When you get it right, it\u2019s just so good.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Throw in an unexpected<\/strong> seed bead necklace or freshwater pearls to break up the metal.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Don\u2019t be shy.<\/strong> Put on ALL of your necklaces at different lengths and then take them off one by one until they look and feel \u201cright\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Give yourself some time to try a few different things.<\/strong> As much as I wish you could throw on a bunch of necklaces and walk out the door,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>layering necklaces <\/span>doesn\u2019t work that way. You have to try different lengths, pendants, charms, double charms, metals, and more. Once you find the <\/span>necklace <\/span>layers that work best for you, it\u2019s easy to keep it going and try new things.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
