To insure you enjoy your memories & experiences, every piece carries a lifetime satisfaction warranty. If your Dune Jewelry isn’t what you expected (quality or comfort) we’ll gladly replace it to encourage you to become a Dune customer for life!
If within 60 days of receipt, your jewelry is in need of repair or replacement due to a manufacturing defect, Dune Jewelry will repair it or replace it with the same product if available. If the same product is not available and the item cannot be repaired, an item of equal value will be offered or you can choose a merchandise credit.
After 60 days (for up to one year) you may have your item repaired, by providing the original sales receipt or transaction id #. If you have additional questions or concerns, please contact us at email@example.com
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be exchanged within 60 days of delivery for a DuneJewelry.com merchandise credit. The item must be unworn and accompanied with the original sales receipt (or validated transaction id#).
All online warranty claims must be made directly to Dune Jewelry.
All warranty claims must be processed directly through Dune Jewelry’s production studio, however our many retailers will be happy to help you process these requests.

Once the jewelry is received, we will assess the issue per our policy. If credited, you’ll receive a merchandise credit for the amount of the item(s), excluding shipping.
