It’s been just 7 years since Dune Jewelry had only 200 sands in our Sandbank and we made every single piece of jewelry at my kitchen table. We’ve grown dramatically from a one person, kitchen table business to a fully functioning jewelry manufacturer with over 22 fantastic employees. One thing that will never change though is that each piece of Dune is still handmade to order and handmade in the USA.
In the Studio, Making Your Special Gift
Now I love coming to our studio every morning and looking at our Sand Artists’ stations lined up and organized with the findings and the sands needed for the orders they’re working on. They take such care in making sure every grain of sand is contained and arranged the way you want it. In their training, they learn how to best work with the pink sands of the Caribbean, the rocky texture of the Amalfi Coast, and the pure white quartz found on the Gulf Coast of Florida. They know it’s not just jewelry they are making, they are capturing memories.
Handmade in the USA
Once your piece is created, it’s handed off to our Packaging and Quality Control Specialists. They polish and label every piece with the highest quality Dune standards in mind. Whether it’s adding a gift message, soldering charms or gift wrapping for a special occasion, nothing gets by them until it’s perfect!
From the click of your mouse on our website to USPS delivering to your door, we work hard to ensure every order arrives in a timely manner. Our standard orders take up to three weeks to be created and packaged here in our studio.
