If your Dune Jewelry has any issues upon arrival we will happily repair or replace it at no additional cost. Our Happiness Guarantee covers all manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the piece. If your jewelry is damaged, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team. We'll do our best to help you restore your beloved design.
Please note that this warranty does not cover apparel, non-jewelry accessories, or free gifts. Shipping fees may apply.
