2018 Events – Cool New Happenings | Blog

Can you believe Spring is right around the corner?! My daughter Alexa who’s astute with 6 year-old wisdom (and whimsy), turned to me this morning as we got in the car for school, “Mommy, I’m going to take a deep breath every morning and whistle back at the birds!” So, instead of “stop and smell the roses”, it’s “stop and whistle with the birds” in our household this Spring. As we turn the corner and move away from blustery storms and winter weather, Dune is in constant motion with trade shows, trunk shows, and exciting events!

Trade Shows

We attended several major trade shows in January and February throughout Atlanta, Las Vegas, Orlando and NYC. Those trade shows were some of the best we’ve ever had in the history of Dune Jewelry. We met so many new retailers and got to chat with a lot of our current retailers – most of which, I consider friends at this point because we truly have the best community.

Did you know that Dune is now available internationally in 6 countries and over 800 retail locations? I still have to pinch myself!

One of my favorite international retailers is Limin’ Boutique in Anguilla. They incurred serious damage due to the impact of Hurricane Irma last year and they’ve been closed since the storm. I’m happy to report that we met up in NYC and devised a plan to help them get back on their feet, stronger than ever in 2018. We can’t wait to see them open their doors again within the next few months.

Dune Jewelry Trunk Shows

We have tons of upcoming trunk shows and now you can check out all the details on our EVENTS PAGE (link to Events). I’ll personally be traveling to Florida this month to attend the shows in New Smyrna Beach, Marco Island & Sanibel. I’m beyond ready to visit all of these places. I’ve heard that the beauty of Marco & Sanibel is like none other.

Save the Date May 5th, 2018 Studio Event

Lastly, we’re hosting our 2^nd LIVE Studio Event on May 5^th here in Boston. It’s a Pre-Mother’s Day Shopping Event with local vendors, live music, food, drinks, face-painting and a celebrity appearance! Many of our Dune team members will be on hand to say hello and answer questions as well. It’s going to be a fantastic time.
